I’m a certified personal trainer and performance coach focused on helping people achieve lasting, measurable results not quick fixes.
My background started in competitive sports, from equestrian and martial arts to tennis and basketball, and even esports, where I ranked among Europe’s top players. Competition taught me discipline, but injuries forced me to rethink how training really works.
That’s when I dedicated myself to studying performance, recovery, and sustainable transformation.
I’m certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I hold a Precision Nutrition certification. Beyond formal education, I continuously invest in courses, books, and hands-on coaching experience to refine my approach.
Today, I help clients lose fat, build strength, and improve their overall health using a structured system built on accountability, science, and balance so fitness works with their life, not against it.
