Ben is a certified personal trainer and performance coach with a passion for helping people achieve lasting results in fitness, lifestyle, and personal development.
His journey began through competitive sports, from equestrian and martial arts to tennis and basketball, and even in esports, where he ranked among Europe’s top players.
After injuries forced him to rethink how he trained, Ben dedicated himself to studying performance, recovery, and sustainable transformation.
He is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, and holds a Precision Nutrition certification.
Beyond formal training, Ben continues to expand his knowledge through courses, books, and real-world coaching.
Today, he helps clients lose weight, build strength, and improve their health with an approach that blends science, accountability, and balance, making fitness something that works with their lives, not against it.
